The Kapda Project started with Amod Kulkarni experimenting with discarded fabrics and a simple idea : nothing should go to waste.
Without a traditional fashion background, he built The Kapda Project by learning, making, and iterating on the ground.
Every product carries that journey of intent and hands-on creation.
