Return Policy

At The Kapda Project (TKP), each product is handcrafted from discarded denim and produced in limited quantities. Due to the nature of our products and operations, we follow a strict no-return policy.

1. No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns on any products once they are delivered.

All purchases made on our website are considered final.

2. Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges under specific conditions:

Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition

The product must be returned with original packaging (if applicable)

3. Exchange Conditions

Exchanges are allowed only against another product of the exact same price

If the customer selects a product of lower value, the price difference will not be refunded

If the customer selects a product of higher value, they must pay the difference

4. Reverse Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for exchange

TKP is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

Damaged, or

Incorrect (wrong item delivered)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos.

In such cases, we will:

Arrange a replacement or exchange, or

Provide a suitable resolution at our discretion

6. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept exchanges for:

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (natural in upcycled denim)

Change of mind after purchase

Products that show signs of use
